Redemption comes in strange places, small spaces, calling out the best of who we are. It comes in small inspirations. It comes in loving community. It comes in helping a soul find its worth. Welcome to Virginia Law!

I just received confirmation this week that the University of Virginia School of Law (www.law.virginia.edu) has officially re-admitted me after my year of deferment and I am set to enroll this coming Fall of 2010 as a member of the Class of 2013. I’m very excited and, of course, nervous. I’m sure the next 8 months will fly by and, before I know it, I’ll be arriving in Charlottesville for the start of – gasp! – law school! But, for now, rather than getting my stomach in a knot prematurely, I’m just going to tell myself that I’m excited and leave it at that.
